Software: means the object code of the computer software programs supplied
and any other version such as updates and modified versions.

BT supplies the Software and any associated documentation as they stand and
a non-exclusive, limited licence to use this Software and any associated
documentation is granted pursuant to the terms hereof. In other words,
non-exclusive rights are given solely to install and use the Software in
object code form. The Software and/or any associated documentation may not
be used for any purpose outside the scope of the BT product through  which
it is being made available. Use of this Software in no way signifies a
transfer of ownership or industrial property rights.


This Software may not be modified, decompiled, reverse engineered or
disassembled, except as permitted by law. Unauthorized reproduction or
distribution of this Software and any associated documentation, in whole or
in part, is liable to civil and criminal penalties and prosecution to the
maximum extent allowed by law.


BT shall in no event be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages, including, but not limited to personal injury,
property damage, any direct or indirect loss of profits, business and
anticipated savings or other economic losses arising in connection with the
use of, or the users inability to use this Software. Limitations of
liability will apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract
or tort. This disclaimer shall apply whether or not BT has been apprised of
the possibility of any such damages.


Installation of this Software will automatically apply a unique identifier
to the Software, this identifying feature will only be used in accordance
with the BT privacy policy which can be found at www.bt.com.


This software automatically collects session and client parameter
Information for all connections made via this Software. This information is
automatically transmitted to BT at the start of each session where Internet
access is available. This session information will only be used in
accordance with the BT privacy policy which can be found at www.bt.com.


This Software is time expired and will cease to operate after the date
shown within the About box of the Software, it is the users responsibility
to apply all listed patches and updates for this Software in advance of the
expiry date.


Installation and use of this Software constitutes acceptance of these terms
and conditions and agreement that the Software and any associated
documentation will be used in conformity with these terms and conditions
and all applicable laws.


This Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of
England and Wales and is subject to English Law.


If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Software, you
